• Participation in the competition is subject exclusively to the conditions listed here. By participating in the competition, participants expressly accept these.

• Participation in the competition is free of charge and independent of the purchase of a product or service.

• Participants agree that CERATIZIT S.A. (101, Route de Holzem, L-8232 Mamer, Luxembourg) may inform them about news and other marketing information a maximum of twice a week via the email address provided when registering.

• The organizer of the competition is CERATIZIT S.A. registered office in Mamer; registration court: Luxembourg District Court; commercial register number: B4610. The recipient of the data and information provided by the participant is the competition organizer.

• The competition takes place as part of LIGNA 2025 in Hanover and is aimed exclusively at people visiting the trade fair. The participation period starts on Monday, May 26th, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. and ends on Friday, May 30th, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. The participants who guess the right answer will be declared the winners. Afterwards, the winners will be sent a promotional gift directly to their provided address.

• Each participant may only take part in the prize draw once.

• Natural persons who are 18 years of age or older are eligible to participate. All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition as well as employees of the competition organizer are not entitled to participate in the competition. The same applies to agents contractually associated with the organizer, as well as to persons who are involved in the organization of the LIGNA. If the winning person cannot be notified due to incomplete or incorrect contact details and an investigation does not promise success within a reasonable time frame or the effort required for the investigation is disproportionate, the right to win is void.

• An exchange or cash payment of the prize is not possible; the right to the prize cannot be transferred to a third party eithe

• The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organizer makes use of this option in particular if the proper conduct of the draw cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons.

Data protection

• In order to take part in the competition, you must provide personal data. The participant assures that the personal information he or she has provided, in particular first name, last name, date of birth, email address and telephone number, is true and correct.
• The organizer points out that all of the participant's personal data will not be passed on to third parties or made available to them for use without consent. The data will only be collected and used for the purpose of conducting the competition.

Cancellation policy

• The participant can revoke his or her declared consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details provided in the organizer's imprint. After revocation of the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.

Applicable law
 

• By taking part in the competition, you agree to these terms and conditions. Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Kempten.
• Legal recourse is excluded.
